Seek Sista is a welcoming space for women who live in or visit NSW to rediscover their confidence, calm and curiosity through nature, gentle movement and connection with others. No pressure, no judgement — just real experiences where you can move, breathe and be yourself.
Built as a social enterprise, Seek Sista reinvests earnings into creating fun, confidence-building experiences, supporting local outdoor providers and the cafés, coffee vans, and eateries we visit along the way. We also support a special initiative that benefits women run by Outward Bound Australia. You don’t need fancy gear, heaps of fitness, or to call yourself “outdoorsy.” From free walks to small-group adventures, Seek Sista makes getting outdoors accessible, encouraging and enjoyable. We had a fantastic hiking trip in Lost City on last Friday. Kirsty guided us on the walking trails to discover those unique stone pagodas with her knowledgeable stories. We had a few breaks & enjoyed the healthy delicious lunch supplied by Kirsty. I t’s really an unforgettable relaxing hiking trip.
